actin-RPV
Vertebrate actin-related protein; 42 kD with 54% sequence homology with muscle actin and 69% similarity with cytoplasmic actin - more similar to conventional actin than to act-2; generally the core structure of the protein is conserved and differences are in surface loops. Forms part of the dynactin complex, an activator of dynein-driven vesicle movement.
